Next up, I tried my hand at a non-existent species of cactus. Who knows, maybe it exists in toxic form somewhere not far from here. This was interesting to work on since it had entirely radial symmetry. The texture was about half photo/half painting to save time and work on my UVW unRAPPIN'.

It just occurred to me that it makes sense to show the texture too. Fun fact: The weird little moisty bits inbetween each ridge on the cactus are made up from images of a Hollywood special effects wound.
